That means you can play the entire game with the same character appearance while wearing ever-increasing powerful armor. The armor you are wearing is the one that originally gives you your stats. This mod doesn't give you armor it only gives you new appearances. What's more, your aesthetic choices are also visible to other players. It is a mod that you can use to swap your appearance by wearing any armor from the base game and Iceborne. That means mod developers can do so with fairly predictable results. Capcom doesn't allow modding, and it certainly doesn't make it easy in the strictest sense.
